I really enjoyed this film. It's one of those that, when the words THE END appear, you don't feel as if having wasted your time.
It is a very sweet film, which teaches you things about love and friendship, about family and loss. But it is also funny and entertaining, and it will make it possible that you stop thinking of Indians as the bad, alcoholic or a-little-dumb guys in Western films.
I really enjoyed the references to Dances with wolves and to John Wayne's teeth!
My favorite scenes are 97 and 141. Victor knows something terrible about his father, and you wonder if he will tell Thomas the truth about him. First, when they are in the pickup and Victor gets very angry, the accident doesn't allow us to know if he would have told him about it. Second, when they arrive to the rez and he is directly asked by Thomas about it.
