To whom it may concern:
I want to inform you of my dissatisfaction with your Customer Service. I reported on a billing error on the 6th of January at your website service.
Last month, I received an electricity bill of 400€. When I compared it with previous bills I found out that the consumption had greatly increased. So I filed a complaint on your website service because there was probably a meter-reading problem. I received an email code where you assured that I would receive a refund in the following bill. However, the issue is still unresolved.
To date, I have not received any response from you. Taking all the above facts into consideration, I feel I am entitled to compensation.
I would be pleased if you could refund the money within 10 days after you receive this letter. If I have no response in this time, I will start looking for assistance at a consumer rights organization.
