The people on this webpage came to our school, to give a talk to students. We would like to thank them for their wonderful present.

Guest Speakers in Course 2009-2010 On December the 21st, Allan (Guest Speaker) and Rocío (Avanzado 2) gave an Oral Presentation in the format of a TV show interview on Allan's country, Trinidad and Tobago. Check it out if you want to learn about this culturally-mixed English-speaking country! On November the 10th and the 11th, Pepi Santillana spoke to Avanzado 2 groups on her amazing travels. Her talk, including a 5-minute video, lasted for about an hour. At our YouTube channel you can listen to part of it Language tip: Rest of humans, please, use "trip" for "viaje", not "travel". "Travels" is only for people who travel a lot (like Gulliver!)

Aiwen Yang - November 28, 2008, in Av2. She spoke about the TOELF exam & grants to the USA. Read the first composition she wrote once she settled in Buffalo, to enjoy her one year scholarship!
Martyn Lowe - March 17 & 18, 2009 in Av2 and Ba1. He spent 2 complete afternoons/evenings at our school, and talked to Ba1 and Av2 students about London, Cockney, and World Englishes. We gave him a little present: some Spanish olive oil, which is cherished abroad! We're all lucky - if you click on the link, you can watch him on YouTube!
